Validation and verification

The phase developments are completed with the tests defined in the design specification and mainly include:

  • EMC tests: according IEC/EN 61000, CISPR 25, ECE R 10 etc. (or the specific industry standards)
  • Environmental testing: according IEC/EN 60068, IEC/EN 60529, etc. (or the custom factory standards)
  • Accelerated life tests according to requirements
  • Functional tests

A serial product is also validated with advanced accelerated life testing:

  • High-temperature endurance
  • Humid heat endurance/cyclic
  • Temperature change and -shock

System safety and reliability

BRUSA Elektronik AG offers professional support for its customers in the execution of safety and reliability analysis for the implementation of safety criteria in dedicated monitoring electronics and software architectures. This also applies to demands on the reliability of the systems in the customer-specific development of technologies and products.
