The consistent application of the classic system development methodology (V-model) and the modular phase development guarantees efficient project management from functional models to series production. VALIDATION AND VERIFICATION

The phase developments are completed with the tests defined in the design specification and essentially include:

  • EMC tests: according to IEC / EN 61000, CISPR 25, ECE R 10 etc. (or the specific industrial standards)
  • Environmental tests: according to IEC / EN 60068, IEC / EN 60529, etc. (or the customer-specific factory standards)
  • Accelerated life tests according to conditions
  • Function tests

A series product is also validated with extended accelerated life tests:

  • High temperature endurance run
  • Damp-heat continuous run / cyclical
  • Temperature change and shock

SYSTEM SECURITY AND RELIABILITY
