Parametrization
Parametrization of third-party motors with BRUSA inverter DMC544
BRUSA offers the option of parameterizing third-party motors. This takes place, among other things, with in-house, very high-quality and professional equipped test benches. The DMC544 is an universal inverter that can be used to control different types of motors.
The parametrization can be done in different ways:
Option 1
- The customer provides the entire motor data (see download Excel file)
- BRUSA uses this to calculate the specific motor table
- The customer tests his e-machine on his own test bench using the e-machine table provided
- The customer can optionally use it to create measurements, where upon BRUSA further optimizes the motor table
Option 2
- The customer provides limited motor data
- Design of motor-specific adapter plates and shafts for BRUSA test bench by the customer or BRUSA
- BRUSA carries out initial operation on the test bench
- BRUSA calculates and optimizes the specific motor table
- The customer tests and validates the motor on its own test bench
Option 3
- The customer provides limited motor data
- Design of motor-specific adapter plates and shafts for BRUSA test bench by the customer or BRUSA
- BRUSA carries out initial operation on the test bench
- BRUSA calculates and optimizes the specific motor table
- BRUSA carries out measurements such as:
- Efficiency maps
- Torque accuracy
- Max. power/max. torque
- Continuous torque/continuous power
- Short-circuit current/short-circuit torque
- Measurements at different voltage levels possible
- BRUSA provides a measurement report
